I didn’t become a kids and parent life coach by accident. My path here was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about human behavior, a background in psychology, years of teaching and living abroad, and the experience of raising my own children.
Over time, I saw a pattern: many children have the ability to thrive but struggle with confidence, emotional regulation, or fear of getting things wrong. And the most meaningful change happens when parents are supported too. Today, I work with parents and their children to build calmer communication, stronger connections, and confidence that lasts.
Growing up, I struggled with stress, performance anxiety, and low self-confidence. I didn’t have the tools to process my emotions or manage my thoughts. Stress ran the show and I let it.
Looking back, I often think: “If I’d only known then what I know now…”
That’s what drives me. I want kids to understand that they are not incapable they just need the right mindset and tools to help themselves move forward. So many children don’t realize how much potential they have and all the possibilities their future holds! And they have more power over their choices than they realize to create an amazing life.
Parenting today takes more than just love and discipline it calls for awareness, presence, and thoughtful strategies to help children grow emotionally strong. Many parents find themselves parenting the way they were raised, often without even realizing it. My goal is to gently support and empower parents with practical tools and insights so they feel confident and calm rather than overwhelmed.
I help parents:
When parents and kids work in sync, things change fast!
Every child is unique and so is every parent. That’s why my coaching is always tailored to your family’s specific needs and goals. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, especially when it comes to something as personal as parenting and childhood development.
As a coach, I’m known for being personable, a thoughtful listener, and deeply committed to the families I work with. When we’re a good match, I don’t just show up for our sessions—I’m here for you in between, too. I offer ongoing support and guidance, so you never have to face the tough moments alone.
